Master of Salt & Bones by Keri Lake - Book Review

Master of Salt & Bones by Keri Lake
Publication date: April 18, 2020
My rating: 3 stars

This book started out as very atmospheric. Then it was dramatic. Thrilling. Romantic. And ended up as a whirlwind of all of those.

It was an addictive read and I liked it!

To be honest the last third of the book was more of a 2 stars read for me because I felt it was extremely rushed and wished all the stuff that was thrown at the end would have been sprinkled more evenly throughout the book. It was definitely a thrilling conclusion but also rather tiring because too much was happening/being revealed all at once.

I decided to stick with 3 stars for it though because it was such a compelling read and I really lost myself in it, even forgetting to eat.
